The item image is an optional image displayed in the hierarchy area.

The item image can be of any size and any number of different graphics can be used.

Default and individual graphics can be assigned to items. ItemExpandableImage, ItemExpandedImage and ItemLeafImage are used to define default item graphics. These defaults can be overridden using the ItemClass.Image property.
